According to Studies, Travelling Makes you Happier than Getting Married
Based on a study by Booking.com all types of travelling included of adventure, culture, hitchhiking or luxurious tours enhance your health and boosts the level of your endorphin.
Booking.com has interviewed more than 17000 people from various countries and found out that nothing can replace a vacation when it comes to happiness.
Almost 80 percent of the participants said that, whenever they intend to brighten up their mood, they just book a holiday.
Furthermore, 50 percent of the participants claimed that travelling brings more happiness than other major life events such as marriage.
It is interesting to know that, some people plan their vacations more detailed than their wedding day.
Many others enjoy travelling more than a date with a super-hot crush or delivering a baby.
According to the report, new experiences bring more happiness in life than possessing lots of material things.
More than 48 percent of the interviewees prefer visiting abroad than buying new cloths, gadgets or doing some home renovations.
Almost 60 percent of the participants feel an emotional boost while reading hotel reviews and planning their new visit.
