Mr. Akuzawa successfully climbed Mt. Fuji despite recent health problems. While climbing the weather was perfect till near the top. At the top it became cold.
Mr. Akuzawa climbed Mt. Fuji in accompany with his daughter Motoe. Motoe always motivates her father and now she is 70.
Mr. Akuzawa appreciated all those who helped and motivate to get such a remarkable achievement.
The previous oldest person who climbed Mt. Fuji was Ichijiro Araya in 1994 at the age of 100.
Now Mr. Akuzawa is the new record holder.
