Well, this time we will discuss about the third highest mountain in Bali, namely Mount Abang.
Mount Abang is located in Abangsongan Village, Kintamani District, Bangli Regency, Bali.
This mountain is in one location with Mount Batur, opposite each other.
Mount Abang is to the east and Mount Batur is to the west.
To get to the climbing location it will take approximately 40 minutes from Bangli City and 1 hour 54 minutes from Denpasar City by car.
The route is towards Kintamani, then you will meet the Geopark Museum and take a right turn.
Go straight until you see a T-junction, you are still straight, take a small path into the middle of the forest, there is a slight incline.
Already at the foot of Mount Abang, it’s time to prepare to climb.The hike can be taken in approximately 3 hours or 4 hours at the most to get to the top and down the mountain for about 3 hours.
Just like other mountain locations, Mount Abang also offers views of the trees, and the tracking path to the peak is filled with plants, bushes, fallen trees, and the road is slippery because it is muddy.
However, after arriving at the peak, you will be tired of being paid with the beauty of Mount Abang.

With an altitude of 2,152 meters above sea level, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Lake and Mount Batur from Mount Abang.
In the area of Mount Abang there is also a temple which is a sacred place for Hindus, so it is not surprising that Mount Abang is also the main destination for Hindus to pray.
Hindu climbers can immediately pray at this temple before continuing to the top.
