On 25th February 2019, a 28 year old mountain climber decided to climb Varish Mountains that are located at the north west of Tehran. He lost the route due to heavy haze. He called his family in panic and asked for help. His family informed the police and the police traced his cell phone. After 7 hours they could find him healthy and alive but shocked.
Never go to the mountains alone and on winter please follow the 2 o’clock rule. According to the rule, if you are climbing the mountains on winter, at 2 o’clock wherever you are you should start descending.
