However, the current phenomenon, many climbers are seen to be underestimated by using makeshift equipment.

Those who are affected by the problem are usually unprepared so that many experience problems with the leg muscles.
The following tips for climbing mountains in the dry season are compiled from various sources:
1. Wear shoes to mountain jackets
The dry season makes the temperature in the mountains cooler.
In fact, according to the author’s experience while on Mount Damavand, the temperature began to drop by a dozen degrees after sunset.
The fix is to wear long clothes when walking and cover it with a thick windproof jacket when setting up a tent.
Nutritious intake also has an effect in this situation.
Next, climb wisely. Prioritize wearing shoes instead of flip-flops or mountain sandals.
Because, in cold weather the skin will be stiff and more sensitive when tripped.
2. Physical preparation
Physical fitness is the key to successful Damavand climbing. Do regular exercise for at least six months before climbing.
This regular exercise will really help maintain stamina and breathing while walking. If you don’t do sports long before climbing then don’t force the situation.
Know the limits of your physical strength when climbing.
Climbing in the dry season will be more difficult if you walk during the day. Because, you need to bring so much water to avoid dehydration.
There are some mountains whose springs are so far from the hiking trail and some are not. So, logistics management must really be adjusted by studying the climbing terrain.
