Mount Damavand with a height of about 5670 meters above sea level is the highest volcano of Asia.
Mount Damavand is located near Tehran and it is now popular as an alternative tourist destination.

To get to Mount Damavand is quite easy. It takes no more than 90 minutes to reach yourself to Polour.
The journey continues by jeeps to Goosfand-Sara where it’s better to spend a night there for acclimatization.
