Hypothermia is a common stumbling block for mountaineers.
Especially for mountaineers who are beginners, hypothermia often haunts.
Symptoms of hypothermia will make the whole body cold, it can even end in someone’s death. But don’t worry, here are some important tips to avoid hypothermia while climbing Mount Damavand.
In order to avoid hypothermia, climb the mountain in the morning because the weather becomes warmer during the day.

Prepare warm clothes
When you want to climb Mount Damavand, you should use and prepare thick clothes in order to warm the body.
