Yamaguchi Prefecture is known as a tourist destination, and in the atmosphere of the Kamo River in Kyoto, cherry blossom trees line up in April and fireflies dance in June.
On March 26, 2018, after two years of preparation, I set out on my long-cherished journey around the cities, towns and villages.
On the same day, I fell down with a Super Cub and had a big hole in my right knee for 3 months, which is a story of iron plate in books and travel stories.

Returning to the title, the day I first came to Ichinosaka River in Yamaguchi City was the time when my injury was the worst. I went there while I was being treated at a relative’s house in Yamaguchi City. I can’t get on the cub, so get on the train.
I dragged my right foot a lot until I got to the station, climbed the stairs for minutes, kindly gave up my seat and got on the train. The cherry blossoms were in full bloom at Ichinosaka River, which I arrived at while saying hi, huh.
I was walking with my legs, but when I looked back at the photos, I didn’t feel much pain. For me, Sakagawa was a place where my wounds healed.
I couldn’t ride the Cub, and it became a distant dream to go around the cities, towns and villages.

And just the other day, I revisited Ichinosaka River. It was a coincidence. I was so happy that the scenery of the cherry blossom trees revived at once about the injury that day.

I was happy and walked.The season is autumn. Still, the cherry blossoms were in bloom for me.
Even if I couldn’t see the cherry blossoms in front of me, the cherry blossoms of that day were dancing like a transition leading to the current scenery.
